摘要
介绍TB/T 3111—2017 《电气化铁路用铜及铜合金绞线》的编制背景、基础工作和主要技术要求等。重点解读绞线型号、表示方法、化学成分、尺寸偏差、机电性能等主要技术内容,提出标准实施建议。该标准整体技术要求较高,适合我国国情,可满足电气化铁路用绞线的设计、生产和检验需要。
The article introduces the background,foundation work and main technical specifications,etc. for de-veloping TB/T 3111—2017 Copper and Copper Alloy Stranded Conductors for Electric Railway. It focuses on interpret-ing main technical contents including stranded conductor type,representation method,chemical composition,di-mensional deviation and electromechanical properties,etc.,making some suggestions for the implementation of thestandard. The overall requirements of the standard is relatively higher and based on national conditions. It can meetthe design,production and inspection needs for stranded conductors used in electrified railway.
