肝胆外科手术患者围术期健康教育需求的调查

Investigation on perioperative health education needs of patients undergoing hepatobiliarysurgery

目的探讨肝胆外科手术患者在整个住院过程中健康教育需求情况,为更好地实施健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的健康教育需求调查表对602例肝胆外科手术患者进行问卷调查。结果围手术期各阶段患者对健康教育的需求不同,在所有调查项目中,需求率最高的分别是减轻术后疼痛的方法(97.67%)、术后进食的时间及种类(94.52%)、伤口的管理方法(94.35%)。在围手术期5个阶段中,术后阶段的健康教育平均需求率最高,为91.83%。结论根据患者的需求进行针对性的围术期健康教育更具实效性,可促进患者术后恢复,满足其情感需求,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To investigate the demand of healthy education in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery during the whole hospitalization process,so as to provide a basis for better implementation of healthy education.Methods A self-designed health education demand questionnaire was used to investigate 602 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Results Perioperative patients had different needs for healthy education.In all the survey items,the highest demand rate was the method to alleviate postoperative pain (97.67%),the time and type of postoperative feeding (94.52%),and the wound management method (94.35%).In the five perioperative stages,the average demand rate of healthy education in the postoperative stage was the highest,accounting for 91.83%.Conclusions According to the needs of patients,targeted perioperative health education is more effective,which can promote postoperative recovery of patients,meet their emotional needs,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
