苏州市某电子设备制造企业职业病危害现状评价

Current situation evaluation on occupational disease hazards in an electronic equipment manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou City

目的分析苏州市某电子设备制造企业现有项目存在的职业病危害因素种类及职业病防护设施等防护效果,评价企业现有项目职业病危害现状是否满足国家对职业病防治的要求,并提出合理及可行的防护对策。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行综合分析和评价。结果该企业现有项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学因素(甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、异丁醇、丙酮、硝酸、二氧化氮、环己酮、异佛尔酮、氢氧化钠、硫酸、甲醛、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘)和物理因素(噪声、工频电场、电焊弧光)。除北一厂生产单元碎料岗位[86.4~90.5dB(A)]和北三厂生产单元冲压岗位[85.3~93.3dB(A)]接触噪声超标外,其余检测项目均符合要求。结论该企业针对存在的职业病危害因素设置了相应的防尘防毒、防噪声措施,职业病危害基本得到有效控制,其职业病危害现状评价结论基本符合国家法律法规要求。

[Objective] To analyze the types of occupational hazard factors and protective effects of occupational disease prevention facilities in existing projects of an electronic equipment manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou City,and evaluate whether the current occupational hazard status of the project meets the requirements of the state for occupational disease prevention and control,and propose reasonable and feasible protection countermeasures. [Methods]Comprehensive analysis and evaluation were conducted using occupational health field investigation method,occupational hazard factor detection,occupational health examination and checklist method. [Results]The main occupational hazard facotrs in the project were chemical factors (toluene, xylene,ethylbenzene,methanol,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,isobutanol,acetone,nitric acid,nitrogen dioxide,cyclohexanone,isopho, sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid,formaldehyde,electric welding fumes and other dust) and physical factors (noise,power frequency electric field and electric welding arc). Except the noise in broken material post of the production unit of north No.1 Plant [86.4-90.5 dB(A)] and stamping post of the production unit of north No.3 Plant [85.3-93.3 dB(A)] exceeded the standard,the other test items all met the requirements. [Conclusion]The enterprise has set corresponding dust-proof,anti-toxin and anti-noise measures for the occupational hazard factors,and the occupational hazards have been effectively controlled. The evaluation of the status of occupational hazards is basically in line with the requirements of national laws and regulations.
