Surveillance results of adverse events following immunization in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City from 2008-2017

目的分析2008—2017年苏州市吴中区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)数据,评价AEFI监测系统的敏感性及疫苗安全性,探索监测AEFI的重点人群和重点时间。方法利用AEFI监测系统收集2008—2017年苏州市吴中区AEFI系统报告和个案数据进行流行病学描述。结果2008-2017年,苏州市吴中区共接报并审核通过2692例AEFI个案,整体AEFI估算发生率为62/10万剂,严重AEFI估算发生率为0.12/10万剂。48h内报告率为99.8%。≤1岁者占41.9%,>1~3岁者占44.9%。85.8%的AEFI发生在接种后24h以内。AEFI报告例数最多的疫苗为白喉-破伤风-百日咳联合疫苗(987例);报告发生率最高的疫苗为DTap-Hib联合疫苗(338/10万剂)。结论吴中区监测系统的整体敏感性领先全国水平,需加强二类疫苗的主动监测工作,接种后的24h内为重点观测时间。

[Objective]To analyze the data of Adverse Events Following Immunization(AEFI) in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City from 2008-2017,evaluate the safety of immunization and sensitivity of AEFI surveillance system,explore the important population and time for AEFI surveillance.[Methods]AEFI system reports and case data in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City from 2008-2017 were collected from the AEFI surveillance system,and were described the epidemiological method. [Results]From 2008-2017, 2 692 AEFI cases were reported and verified in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City,the AEFI estimation incidence was 62/100 000 doses,and the estimation incidence of severe AEFI was 0.12/100 000 doses. The proportion of cases reported within 48 hours was 99.8%. Cases under one year old accounted for 41.9%,while cases aged >1-3 years old accounted for 44.9%. 85.8% of AEFI cases occurred within 24 hours after immunization. The number of cases cause by diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis combined vaccine was the most(987 cases),and the report incidence of cases caused by DTap-Hib combined vaccine was the highest (338/100 000 doses). [Conclusion]The sensitivity of AEFI surveillance system in Wuzhong District is higher than the national level. It is necessary to strengthen the active surveillance of the voluntary vaccination vaccines,and the observation should focus on 24 hours after immunization.
