摘要
目的了解中学生的健康促进生活方式及影响因素。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,抽取天津市北辰区某中学240名学生及家长和45名任课老师进行问卷调查。结果具备健康生活方式与行为素养的学生、家长和老师比例分别为10.83%、9.17%、15.56%;学生、家长、老师的健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)的总评分分别为145.66±25.70、141.93±25.99、139.33±19.19,3类人群总得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学生和家长对于健康生活方式与行为知识的掌握呈正相关(P<0.01),一般线性回归单因素分析显示学生性别、家长年龄、家长健康促进生活方式量表得分是学生健康促进生活方式量表得分的影响因素(P<0.05),多因素分析显示学生性别、家长健康促进生活方式量表得分是学生健康促进生活方式量表得分的影响因素。结论调查人群健康生活方式与行为的素养水平偏低,健康促进生活方式量表评分总体处于良好水平,调查学生中女生的健康促进行为水平高于男生、家长健康促进行为水平高的学生相应也高。建议对3类人群开展有针对性的健康教育和健康促进活动,提升学生健康素养水平并促进健康生活方式的建立。
[Objective] To understand health -promoting lifestyle and influencing factors of middle -school students . [Methods]Using cluster random sampling method,240 students and 240 parents or guardian of the student and 45 teachers from the school in Beichen District were investigated with questionnaire.[Results]The proportion of students,parents or guardian of the student and teachers with healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was 10.83%,9.17% and 15.56%,respectively. The total score of health-promoting lifestyle scale Ⅱ (HPLP-Ⅱ) was respectively 145.66±25.70,141.93±25.99 and 139.33±19.19,and the difference was not statistically significant among three groups (P>0.05). The health knowledge and belief of student was positively correlated with parent or guardian of the student(P<0.01). Single factor linear regression factor indicated that the sex of student,parent age, the HPLP-Ⅱ score of parent or guardian of the student impacted on the score of student (P<0.05). Multi-factor regression analysis indicated that the sex of student,the HPLP-Ⅱ score of parent or guardian of the student were the influencing factors of student' score (P<0.05).[Conclusion]The level of health knowledge and belief literacy among investigated people is low,and the HPLP-Ⅱ score is at a good level. The level of health-promoting lifestyle of schoolgirl is higher than schoolboy. The health-promoting lifestyle of student is positively correlated with that parent or guardian of the student. Specific health education and health promotion activities should be carried out among the three populations to promote the health literacy level and set up the healthpromoting lifestyle among students.
