摘要
目的系统评价肾康注射液联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及临床生化指标改善情况,从而为临床上慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗提供参考策略。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方及中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)等。提取文献,质量评价后Excel整理归纳数据,采用Revman 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入符合条件的文献13篇。Revman 5.3软件分析显示,实验组采用肾康注射液联合血液透析治疗,对照组则单用血液透析治疗,在总临床有效率方面,实验组明显高于对照组(OR=4.13,95%CI:2.97~5.73,P<0.01);实验组临床生化指标改善情况明显优于对照组,SCr:MD=-75.68,95%CI:-97.67^-53.70,P<0.01,BUN:MD=-3.48,95%CI:-4.09^-2.87,P<0.01,TP:MD=9.25,95%CI:3.33~15.18,P<0.01,ALB:MD=5.26,95%CI:3.80~6.73,P<0.01,HGB:MD=7.44,95%CI:4.47~10.41,P<0.01。结论肾康注射液联合血液透析较单用血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效显著,明显下调SCr、BUN,营养状况明显改善,适于临床推广使用。
[Objective]To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and clinical biochemical indexes of Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure,provide a reference strategy for the treatment of chronic renal failure.[Methods]The data bases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and SinoMed were searched. After extracting the documents,Excel was used to summarize the data after the quality evaluation,and the meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.3.[Results]A total of 13 eligible articles were included. Revman 5.3 analysis showed that the experimental group was treated with Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis,while the control group was treated with hemodialysis alone. The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(OR=4.13,95%CI:2.97~5.73,P<0.01). The improvement of clinical biochemical indexes in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group ,with SCr:MD= -75.68,95%CI:-97.67^-53.70,P<0.01,BUN:MD=-3.48,95%CI:-4.09^-2.87,P<0.01,TP:MD=9.25,95%CI:3.33~15.18,P<0.01, ALB:MD=5.26,95%CI:3.80 ~6.73,P <0.01,and HGB:MD=7.44,95%CI:4.47 ~10.41,P <0.01. [Conclusion]Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis has better clinical efficacy than single hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure ,and can significantly reduce SCr and BUN and improve nutritional status,which is suitable for clinical application.
