Research advances in the fear of cancer recurrence in breast cancer patients

本文对乳腺癌患者癌症复发恐惧的定义、研究现状、测量工具、影响因素进行了介绍,并提出了正念减压疗法、支持性表达疗法、认知行为疗法、认知—存在团体干预等措施,旨在为我国医护人员研究乳腺癌患者癌症复发恐惧提供参考。

This article introduces the definition,research status,measurement tools and influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in breast cancer patients.Some measures,such as mindfulness decompression therapy,supportive expression therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive-existential group intervention,were put forward in order to provide references for Chinese medical staff to study cancer recurrence fear of breast cancer patients.
