摘要
本文介绍了ICU获得性衰弱早期识别的重要性,并且通过合理采用镇静-镇痛策略、电刺激疗法、早期肢体活动及功能锻炼、音乐疗法、智能化循环照明等方面来阐述ICU获得性衰弱护理干预的具体内容,并对不足之处进行展望,以期为良好实施ICU获得性衰弱的护理提供参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the importance of early recognition of ICU-acquired asthenia, illustrates the specific contents of nursing care for ICU-acquired asthenia by rational use of sedation and analgesia strategies,electrical stimulation therapy,early physical activity,functional exercise,music therapy, and intelligent circulatory illumination,and look forward into the inadequacies,in order to provide reference for the sound implementation of nursing care for ICU-acquired asthenia.
