聚桂醇联合平阳霉素、曲安奈德血管瘤内注射疗法对婴幼儿生长发育影响的观察

Effect of intratumoral injection of lauromacrogol combined with pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide on the growth and development of children

目的观察联合应用聚桂醇、平阳霉素、曲安奈德血管瘤体内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤对儿童生长发育的影响。方法选择近年来全身不同部位血管瘤患儿90例,采用以上3种药物联合行瘤体内注射治疗。年龄均小于7岁,已经完成治疗不超过3年,且接受注射治疗3次及以上者,性别不限,无其他基础疾病。资料获取采用家庭随访、电话通知复诊和住院患儿调查统计的方法。检查患儿的血常规、肝功能、肺功能、心率、身高、体质量,与正常同龄儿童标准值比较,了解有无异常变化。结果患儿各项检查指标与正常同龄儿童比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用曲安奈德、平阳霉素、聚桂醇瘤体内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤,经近3年内观察,无明显毒副作用,对儿童生长发育未发现不良影响。

Objective To observe the effect of intratumoral injection of lauromacrogol combined with pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide on the growth and development of children. Methods Ninety young children with hemangiomas in different parts of the body were involved in this study. Lauromacrogol combined with pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide was injected into the hemangiomas. These children were younger than 7 years old and finished the treatment in less than 3 years. They received the injection more than 3 times. There was no restriction on gender of these children and none of the patients had underlying diseases. Data was obtained through family follow-up, telephone notification for further consultation, and inpatient examinations. Blood routine examination, liver and lung function, heart rate, height, and body mass were measured. These results were compared with the standard values of asymptomatic children of the same age to understand whether abnormal changes exist. Results There were no statistically significant changes of the examination results between the children with hemangiomas and asymptomatic children(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of children’s hemangiomas by intratumoral injection of lauromacrogol combined with pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide has no adverse effect on children’s growth and development within 3 years.
