摘要
本文从缺陷产品召回网站和微信公众号视角,剖析了我国缺陷产品召回信息发布的渠道、内容、方法、模式的特点和变迁,从传统与新媒体发布的整合、消费者信息的多样化服务、社会热切问题的及时回应、消费者教育方式的多样化和简洁化等几个方面对新闻发布和传播发展方向t提出了建议。
From the perspective of the defective product recall website and the WeChat public account,this paper analyzes the characteristics and changes of the channels,contents,methods and models of China's recall news release,giving suggestions on news release and communication development direction ranging from the integration of traditional and new media releases,the diversified services of consumer information,response to problems concerned by society,to the diversification and simplification of consumer education methods.
