摘要
2016年12月欧盟发布非道路机械欧V排放新法规EU 2016/1628,新法规规定了安装或打算安装在非道路移动机械上的发动机的排放限制和型式试验程序,引入了颗粒数量的限值来减小排放,扩展了前指令97/68/EC的适用范围,并设定了执行的时间表。解析新排放法规对我国环保标准的制定和产品出口欧盟国家,有很好的借鉴意义。
Regulation (EU)2016/1628 on Non-Road Mobile Machinery Stage V,published in September 2016, concerns emission limits and type approval procedures for engines installed or intended to be installed in non-road mobile machinery.The new Regulation is set to reduce emissions by introducing particulate number limits and extending the scope of the former NRMM Directive 97/68/EC by additional power categories.The new Regulation sets a timeline.Through analyzing the new regulation,it is a good reference to draft Chinese environmental protection standards and it is useful to export the products to the EU market.
