Exploration of Innovation Practice of Building Economy Services Standardization——Taking the Innovative Development in Chengdu as an Example

楼宇经济作为近年来中国城市经济发展中涌现的一种新型经济形态,全国各个城市都已开始关注并着力发展楼宇经济。成都作为全国首个国家级楼宇经济服务标准化试点城市,率先开展楼宇经济服务标准化的探索,在此基础上形成一套"成都经验",本文以"成都经验"为例来阐述标准化建设在楼宇经济中的重要作用和突出效果。

As a new economic form emerging in China's urban economic development in recent years,the development of building economy has been highly focused on by cities across the country.Chengdu,as the first pilot city of national-level building economy service standardization in China,takes the lead in exploring the standardization of building economic services,and on this basis forms a set of "Chengdu experience".This paper takes the "Chengdu experience"as an example to illustrate the important role and prominent effect of standardization construction in building economy.
