国家技术标准创新基地(贵州大数据)建设发展思考

Development Thinking of National Technological Standard Innovation Base(Guizhou Big Data)Construction

近年来,贵州大数据产业发展迅速,成为全国首个国家大数据综合试验区。为形成以标准化助推创新成果、技术及产品的市场化、产业化和国际化,在贵州建设国家技术标准创新基地(贵州大数据),有利于发挥标准创新的辐射、示范、引领作用,对推动国家大数据战略实施有着十分重要的现实意义。本文从国家技术标准创新基地(贵州大数据)的筹建实践,论述了基地建设的重要意义,分析了基地建设的发展定位,并提出未来的发展思考。

In recent years,Guizhou's big data industry has developed rapidly and has become the first national comprehensive test area for big data in China.In order to promote the marketization,industrialization and internationalization of innovative achievements,technologies and products by standardization,the construction of national technology standard innovation base (Guizhou Big Data)in Guizhou is conducive to the radiation, demonstration and leading role of standard innovation,and has a very important practical significance the implementation of national big data strategy.This paper discusses the significance and content of the in promoting construction of the National Technical Standard Innovation Base (Guizhou Big Data),analyzes the development orientation and puts forward some thoughts on the development of the base.
