基于DEA模型的制造业质量竞争力评价研究——以泉州市为例

Study on Quality Competitiveness Evaluation of Manufacturing Industry Based on DEA Model in Quanzhou

十九大提出推动经济发展质量变革,制造业质量竞争力指数是体现质量发展的关键指标。本文以其基础测算指标作为评价指标,选取福建省泉州市2017年各地区统计年鉴数据,构建制造业质量竞争力DEA评价模型,并对泉州市各地区质量竞争力水平进行实证分析。研究结果表明:泉州市开发区位于各项指标的"有效前沿面"质量竞争力相对有效;高端技术和科研人员存在明显的"虹吸效应";质量竞争力水平各指标投入产出率得分与地方政策紧密相关。

The 19th National People's Congress put forward the reform of promoting the quality of economic development.The quality competitiveness index of manufacturing industry is a key indicator of quality development. This article takes its foundation measurement index as the evaluation index,selects the data of regional statistical yearbook of Quanzhou city of Fujian province in 2017 to build the DEA evaluation model of quality competitiveness of manufacturing industry,and empirically analyzes the quality competitiveness level of quanzhou city.The results indicates that the development zone is located at the "effective frontier"of various indicators and the quality competitiveness is relatively effective;high-end technology and researchers have obvious "siphoning effect";and the index of quality competitiveness is closely related to local policies.
