摘要
本文从经济学的视角系统研究女大学生就业成本问题,并以吉林省为例探寻新形势下女大学生就业成本降低的合理化对策。文章首先就我国女大学生就业基本概况、女大学生就业成本构成及主要理论进行阐释,而后就基于经济视角下的吉林省女大学生就业成本进行实地调研和实证分析,在科学分析吉林省女大学生就业成本高的主要原因之后,有针对性地设计切实降低吉林省女大学生就业成本的合理化对策,即优化经济结构完善女大学生就业保护制度、完善立法引领规范用人单位消除性别歧视、强化性别文化宣传营造良好公平就业氛围、更新观念全面提高个人素质提高就业能力。
This article from the economics perspective study of female college students employment cost and in Jilin Province for example explore reasonable countermeasures on reducing employment cost of female college students in new situation.This paper explains the composition and main theory of Chinese female college students basic situation, employment of female college students'employment cost,then the cost of the employment of female college students in Jilin Province Based on the perspective of economic analysis and empirical investigation,after the scientific analysis of the main reasons of Jilin Province female students has high cost,targeted to design to reduce the cost of reasonable measures of employment of female college students in Jilin Province,namely,optimizing the economic structure to improve the female college students'employment protection system,perfect the legislation leading employers regulate the elimination of gender discrimination and the strengthening of gender culture propaganda to create a good atmosphere of fair employment and new ideas to improve personal qualities and improving employment ability.
