The traditional land utilization change survey method is not only time-consuming, and the precision of data is too low, the cost is also high. RS,GPS, GIS and other modern technology development provide more new technical support for the survey of land use status. This paper introduces the design and implementation of land utilization change analysis and management system, for reference.
