Mulan River is the most important central area of Putian City,Fujian Province,and also one of the political and cultural centers of Fujian Province.In view of the construction suggestions for the mulan River scenery belt for hundred miles,this paper analyzes the governance status quo of Mulan River valley,analyses the shortcomings of the protection and construction of Mulan River,and puts forsard the construction suggestions for the Mulan River scenery belt for hundred miles.
