摘要 目的分析阿片类镇痛药物的不良反应及相应的处理措施。方法本次临床调查研究时间为2017年7月至2018年7月,对医院ADR监测中心收集到的58份阿片类镇痛药物不良反应报告进行分析,重点探究阿片类镇痛药物的不良反应症状及原因,从而针对性的制定防范措施。结果 58份阿片类镇痛药物不良反应报告中,便秘构成比47.94%、恶心呕吐构成比19.31%、嗜睡及过度镇静构成比10.34%、呼吸抑制构成比3.45%、瘙痒构成比10.34%、尿潴留构成3.45%、神经错乱及中枢神经毒性反应构成比1.72%、药物滥用及成瘾构成比3.45%。结论医护人员要掌握常见阿片类镇痛药物不良反应症状、原因药理知识,从而更好的做出防范,为患者的生命健康安全提供保障。 Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of opioid analgesics and the corresponding treatment measures.Methods The clinical investigation time was from July 2017 to July 2018.The analysis of 58opioid analgesic adverse drug reactions collected by the hospital ADR monitoring center was conducted to focus on the adverse symptoms of opioid analgesics.Therefore,preventive measures are formulated in a targeted manner.Results In the report of 58cases of opioid analgesic adverse reactions,the constipation composition ratio was 47.94%,the nausea and vomiting composition ratio was 19.31%,the lethargy and excessive sedation ratio was 10:34%,the respiratory depression composition ratio was 3.45%,the pruritus composition ratio was 10.34%,and the urinary retention was The composition of 3.45%,neurological disorders and central nervous system toxicity was 1.72%,and the composition of drug abuse and addiction was 3.45%.Conclusion Medical staff should master the symptoms and causes of common opioid analgesic drugs,so as to better prevent and provide health and safety for patients.
