23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗(PPV23)防治老年人肺炎的临床效果

目的探究在老年人肺炎防治中应用23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗(PPV23)的临床效果。方法研究时段:2015年12月到2016年12月,研究对象为本地区老年人400例,将400例老年人根据接受与没有接受23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗注射分为两组,即接受疫苗注射者198例(观察组),没有接受疫苗注射者202例(对照组),分析两组老年人肺炎发生率、免疫指标水平,同时统计观察组不良反应发生率。结果老年人肺炎发生率与对照组相比,观察组较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组免疫指标水平较优(P<0.05)。观察组老年人没有出现任何事不良反应。结论老年人注射23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗后,既可降低肺炎发生率,又可提高机体免疫能力,改善身体健康水平,同时疫苗安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPV23)in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods study period:December 2015 to December 2016,the study subjects were 400 elderly people in the region,and 400elderly patients were divided into two groups according to the acceptance and not receiving the 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine injection,198cases (observation group),202cases without vaccination (control group).The incidence of pneumonia and the level of immune index in the elderly were analyzed,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also statistically observed.Results The incidence of pneumonia in the elderly was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the immune index in the observation group was superior (P<0.05).The elderly in the observation group did not have any adverse reactions.Conclusion After injection of 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine,the elderly can reduce the incidence of pneumonia, improve the body's immunity and improve the health of the body.At the same time,the vaccine is safe and worthy of clinical application.
