Effect of PDCA Cycle Nursing Management in Respiratory Medicine Nursing

目的探讨PDCA循环护理管理模式在呼吸内科疾病护理中的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年11月至2017年1月来我院就诊的50例呼吸疾病患者为研究对象,按照护理模式不同随机分为参照组和研究组,每组各25例,其中,参照组患者给予常规护理服务,实验组患者给予PDCA循环护理管理,分析对比两组不同护理模式在呼吸内科护理中的临床效果。结果实验组呼吸内科患者在护理满意度、对护理人员的护理操作培训、风险防范、排班制度、业务能力等评分与参照组指标进行对比,存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将PDCA循环护理管理应用在呼吸内科护理中具有显著的临床作用,不仅提高了患者对护理质量的满意程度,还提升了护理工作人员的专业业务能力以及管理能力,值得在临床中借鉴推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of PDCA cycle nursing management mode in respiratory medical care.Methods A total of 50 patients with respiratory diseases who came to our hospital from November 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and study group according to different nursing modes,25 cases in each group.Among them,the reference group patients were given routine nursing services,and the experimental group patients were given PDCA circulation nursing management to analyze and compare the clinical effects of different nursing modes in respiratory medicine nursing.Results In the experimental group,there were significant differences in the satisfaction of nursing,the nursing operation training,the risk prevention,the scheduling system,the business ability and the reference group indicators.There was a significant difference (P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle nursing management in respiratory medical nursing has a significant clinical effect,which not only improves the patient's satisfaction with the quality of care,but also enhances the professional business ability and management ability of nursing staff.It is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
