中医特色护理在小儿便秘中的护理效果研究

Study on the Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Children's Constipation

目的研究中医特色护理在小儿便秘中的护理效果。方法从本院2017年3月至2018年5月接受的小儿便秘患者中,抽取78名,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,均39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医特色护理,观察两组患儿中医证候积分和护理满意度。结果结果观察组患儿中医证候各项积分均低于对照组组,且护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿便秘治疗过程中应用中医特色护理,能够有效改善患儿机体状态,提高护理满意度,是理想的护理方案,值得推广。

Objective To study the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in children's constipation.Methods From the patients with constipation in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018,78 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was implemented with traditional Chinese medicine,and the TCM syndrome scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation in children can effectively improve the state of the child's body and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is an ideal nursing plan and worth promoting.
