观察中医护理模式对小儿外感发热疾病的影响

Observing the Effect Of Chinese Medicine Nursing Mode on Children with Exogenous Fever

目的研究分析中医护理模式对小儿外感发热疾病的临床效果。方法抽选2017年3月至2018年3月我院接收并予以治疗的96例小儿外感发热疾病患儿,按入院时间将其分为中医组(n=49)与对照组(n=47),并分别施以中医护理干预与常规护理干预,比较护理效果及发热复发率情况。结果经过组间比较中医组护理效果显著优于对照组,且发热复发率也较低(P<0.05)。结论将中医护理模式应用于小儿外感发热疾病患儿中具有显著效果,能够有效降低发热复发率,提升治疗及护理效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on children with exogenous fever.Methods A total of 96 children with exogenous febrile illness who were received and treated in our hospital from March 2017to March 2018were enrolled in the Chinese medicine group (n=49)and the control group (n=47).And the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were applied to compare the nursing effect and the recurrence rate of fever.Results After the comparison between groups,the nursing effect of the Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of fever was also lower (P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing model has a significant effect in children with exogenous fever and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of fever and improve the treatment and nursing effect.
