美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam on Neonatal Infectious Pneumonia

目的观察美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效。方法一般资料选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院儿科收治的新生儿感染性肺炎患儿,共计68例,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组34例和观察组34例。对照组患儿常规给予青霉素行抗菌治疗,观察组患儿给予美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组患儿的临床指标变化情况,包括症状缓解时间以及住院时间,并评估两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的症状缓解时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著大于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染性肺炎疗效显著,可显著改善患儿的喘憋、呼吸困难等临床症状及体征,促进患儿早日康复,值得在临床大力推广和使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods General data were collected from 68children with neonatal infectious pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018.All children were divided into control group 34 cases and observation group 34 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received routine antibacterial treatment with penicillin,and the observation group received meloxicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium. The changes of clinical indicators in the two groups were compared,including the time of symptom relief and the length of hospital stay,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The symptom relief time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium is effective in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of wheezing and dyspnea in children,and promote the early recovery of children.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
