腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction After Abdominal Operation

目的评价对于腹部手术以后出现黏连性肠梗阻患者在护理过程中应用综合护理干预措施所取得的效果。方法本研究采用分组对照方法进行调查,所有选择的研究对象为我院在2017年1月至2018年7月所收治的腹部手术以后出现黏连性肠梗阻的患者,本研究选择其中的78例患者,随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组,平均每组患者均为39例。分别对两组患者采用常规护理和综合护理进行护理指导,评价并分析比较两组患者护理的效果。结果对于本研究两组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间和患者的满意度情况进行比较,本研究常规护理组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间为(26.5±1.3)h,综合护理组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间为(8.4±0.5)h,两组进行比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对于两组患者的护理满意度,采用自制的量表进行比较,常规护理组的满意度评分为(74.5±4.4)分,综合护理组的满意度评分为(92.6±5.7)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;采用SF-36生活量表评价两组患者的生活质量,本研究常规护理组为(71.5±5.4)分,综合护理组为(92.5±5.2)分,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论对于腹部手术以后出现黏连性肠梗阻的患者在进行护理的过程中,为患者采用综合护理方法进行护理能够有效的缩短患者胃肠功能的恢复时间,提升患者的满意度,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of applying comprehensive nursing interventions in the nursing process for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery. Methods The study was conducted by group-by-group method. All the selected subjects were patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018. 78 cases were selected in this study. Patients were randomly divided into routine care group and comprehensive nursing group, with an average of 39 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing, and the effects of nursing in the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results The gastrointestinal function recovery time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The gastrointestinal function recovery time of the routine nursing group was(26.5±1.3) h, and the gastrointestinal function of the patients in the comprehensive nursing group. The recovery time was(8.4±0.5) h, and the two groups were compared, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. For the satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the self-made scale was used for comparison. The satisfaction score of the routine nursing group was(74.5±4.4) points, and the satisfaction score of the comprehensive nursing group was(92.6±5.7) points, P<0.05. The difference was statistically significant. The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by SF-36 living scale. The routine nursing group was(71.5±5.4) points, and the comprehensive nursing group was(92.5±5.2) points, P<0.05. The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation, the comprehensive nursing method for patients can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients’ gastrointestinal function, improve patient satisfaction and improve patient lifequality. It is worth promoting.
