心理护理对接受下肢血管介入治疗患者焦虑情绪的影响价值体会

Value of Psychological Nursing on the Anxiety of Patients Undergoing Lower Extremity Vascular Intervention

目的体会心理护理对接受下肢血管介入治疗患者焦虑情绪的影响价值。方法将我院于2016年3月至2018年1月收治的接受下肢血管介入治疗的患者140例为对象,参考随机数字表法,分为实验组和参照组,每组患者70例,参照组实施常规护理的方法,实验组在此基础上实施细化心理护理的方法,对比两组患者的临床影响价值。结果两组患者较护理前有显著的效果,心理护理比常规护理更具有优势(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论心理护理可有效改善下肢血管介入治疗患者的焦虑情绪,护理效果尤为显著,该护理方法值得进一步加强推广和应用。

Objective To understand the value of psychological nursing in the anxiety of patients undergoing lower extremity vascular intervention.Methods The patients who underwent lower extremity vascular intervention in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method.Each group of patients was treated with 70 patients.On the basis of routine nursing methods,the experimental group implemented a method of refining psychological care to compare the clinical impact value of the two groups of patients.Results The two groups of patients had significant effects before nursing.Psychological nursing was more advantageous than conventional nursing (P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the anxiety of patients with lower extremity vascular intervention,and the nursing effect is particularly significant.This nursing method deserves further promotion and application.
