中医推拿按摩治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果及护理方法、护理满意度的影响

Effect of TCM Massage on the Treatment of Infantile Dyspepsia Diarrhea, Nursing Methods and Influence of Nursing Satisfaction

目的探讨中医推拿按摩治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果及护理方法、护理满意度的影响。方法从本院2017年4月至2018年6月接受的消化不良腹泻患儿中,抽取316名,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,均108例。对照组采用西医治疗和常规护理,观察组采用中医推拿按摩治疗与护理,观察两组患儿治疗效果和护理满意度。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率和护理总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿消化不良性腹泻应用中医推拿按摩治疗效果显著、家属满意度更高,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage on children with dyspeptic diarrhea,the nursing methods and the influence of nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 316 children with dyspeptic diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 108 cases.The control group was treated with Western medicine and routine nursing.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine massage and nursing,and the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment and total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM massage therapy for children with dyspeptic diarrhea is effective and the family's satisfaction is higher.It is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
