脐部切口腹腔镜手术与腹横纹下微创小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopic Laparoscopic Surgery and Minimally Invasive Small Incision in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia in Children

目的讨论脐部切口腹腔镜手术与腹横纹下微创小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效及安全性。方法于2017年6月至2018年6月,以我院儿科的80例腹股沟疝患儿作为本文的研究对象,以数字随机法分为脐部切口腹腔镜手术组与腹横纹下微创小切口组各40例,评判标准:并发症发生率、住院时长、手术时长、手术切口长度、住院费用。结果脐部切口腹腔镜手术组患儿出现并发症机率的5%明显低于腹横纹下微创小切口组的20%,P<0.05;脐部切口腹腔镜手术组的住院时长、手术时长以及手术切口长度指标明显低于腹横纹下微创小切口组,P<0.05,脐部切口腹腔镜手术组的住院费用高于腹横纹下微创小切口组,P<0.05。结论脐部切口腹腔镜手术在治疗小儿腹股沟疝方面具有良好的临床效果与安全性,值得我院进行推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive small incision in the treatment of infantile inguinal hernia.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 80 children with inguinal hernia in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The digital randomized method was divided into laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery group and minimally invasive surgery under abdominal transverse stripes.There were 40 cases in the incision group.The criteria were:complication rate,length of hospital stay,length of surgery,length of surgical incision,and hospitalization expenses.Results The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery group was significantly lower than that in the minimally invasive small incision group (P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,duration of operation,and length of surgical incision in the laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery group were significantly lower than those in the minimally invasive small incision group (P<0.05). The hospitalization cost of the laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery group was higher than that of the minimally invasive small incision group (P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical incision laparoscopic surgery has a good clinical effect and'safety in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.It is worthy of promotion in our hospital.
