经鼻内窥镜治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎术后护理及康复指导

Nasal Endoscopic Treatment of Postoperative Care and Rehabilitation of Chronic Rhinitis And Sinusitis

目的探讨慢性鼻咽鼻窦炎行经鼻内窥镜治疗术的术后护理、康复指导策略及效果。方法将本院2017年1月至2018年3月接收的62例慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的患者随机分成观察组(31例)与对照组(31例),两组患者均行经鼻内窥镜治疗,术后给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组术后给予患者术后综合护理及康复指导,观察两组护理干预效果。结果观察组患者术后正常饮食时间、住院时间、鼻炎消退时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为3.23%,明显低于对照组19.36%(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎行经鼻内窥镜手术治疗的患者,术后给予患者综合护理干预及康复指导可以促进患者康复,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the postoperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance strategies and effects of endoscopic sinusitis for chronic nasopharyngeal sinusitis. Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis received from January 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases). Both groups underwent endoscopic treatment. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation. The observation group was given postoperative comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation guidance, and the effect of nursing intervention was observed. Results The normal diet time, hospitalization time and rhinitis regression time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P< 0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 3.23%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 19.36%, P< 0.05. Conclusion For patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery, comprehensive nursing intervention and rehabilitation guidance can promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
