护理干预对利普刀治疗宫颈锥切术的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of cervical Conization by Lipu Knife

目的探讨并分析在妇科利普刀(LEEP)宫颈锥切术治疗的围手术期护理干预对手术的重要性。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年7月间本院收治80例行LEEP宫颈锥切术患者作为本次研究资料,随机将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各纳入40例。对照组患行常规护理干预措施,研究组采用整体护理干预措施。干预后对比两组患者的手术情况、康复情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的一次手术成功率、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度等对比对照组均显著更优,差异存在统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在LEEP宫颈锥切术的围手术期治疗中,对患者应用整体护理干预能更有效的保障一次手术成功率,并减少术后的并发症发生,该护理干预方法更受患者的认同,患者满意度相对更高。

Objective To investigate and analyze the importance of perioperative nursing intervention in the treatment of gynecological cleavage (LEEP)cervical conization.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,80 patients with LEEP cervical conization were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions and the study group used holistic nursing interventions.After the intervention,the operation,rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.In the study group,the success rate,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative treatment of LEEP cervical conization,the application of holistic nursing intervention can effectively guarantee the success rate of one operation and reduce the postoperative complications.The nursing intervention method is more recognized by patients.Satisfaction is relatively higher.
