用气水混合介质生产余热处理钢轨的实践

摘要 介绍了气水混合介质(水雾)冷却热处理钢轨的性能,与风冷处理的钢轨对比表明,各项性能无明显差异,均满足标准要求。气水混合介质冷却的钢轨同条性能及不同条性能稳定。 The properties of the heat treated rails cooled by water and air mist was introduced,which was comparatively indicated with the same properties of the heat treated rails by normally air-cooled.All the properties of this water and air mist cooled rail met the demand of national standard with the uniformity of different part of one rail and the uniformity of different rails.
