摘要
异丁烷脱氢装置所产粗氢由于经过碱洗而带水分,室温较低时水分会在管道内凝结,对氢气正常管输、下游变压吸附(PSA)系统运行、物料计量等均存在较大影响。通过采用合理的技术改造,对水分进行脱除,可以明显改善以上问题,为装置的长周期平稳运行提供了保障。
The crude hydrogen produced by the isobutane dehydrogenation device has moisture due to alkaline washing.When the room temperature is low,the water will condense in the pipeline,which has a great impact on the normal hydrogen pipe transport,the downstream PSA system operation,and material measurement.By adopting reasonable technology to remove the water can obviously improve the above probIems and provide a guarantee for the stable operation of the device for a long period.
