摘要
采用传统的硝酸铝显色法,利用UV-Vis法测定甘草中总黄酮含量,比较了回流法、超声法、微波法在制备甘草总黄酮的区别,并探讨了甘草中总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。获得的总黄酮含量计算的回归方程为:Y=3.88X-0.002,平均回收率101.25%。微波提取法的提取率为3.01%,优于其他两种提取方法。体外抗氧化活性研究显示,微波法提取的甘草总黄酮具有较好的清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基能力和还原能力。
The traditional flavonoids method was used to determine the total flavonoids content in licorice by UV-Vis method.The differences of total flavonoids in licorice were studied by reflux,ultrasonic and microwave methods,and their antioxidant activities in vitro were analyzed.The regression equation for the calculation of the total flavonoid was:Y=3.88X-0.002,and the average recovery was 101.25%.The extraction rate of the microwave extraction method was 3.01%,which was superior to the other two extraction methods.The antioxidant activity in vitro showed that the total flavonoids of licorice had better 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) free radical scavenging ability and reducing ability.
