加氢装置内多余热量利用研究

摘要 加氢装置中存在大量的物料与物料的换热流程,其中加氢后产物所携带的热量、分馏塔底的尾油所携带的热量都属于过剩热量,在装置现有流程的条件下无法很好利用。尤其是加氢产物的冷后温度过高,直接影响循环氢压缩机的进出口温度,影响压缩机的使用寿命。在夏季炎热的天气下更是明显。这些不但限制了装置加工量的提升,而且为装置的安全运行带来隐患。 The heat exchanger had the material and the material of hydrogenation unit,the heat of the product from hydrogenation and the heat of tail oil at the bottom of the fractionator were all excess heat,it couldn't be utilized well under the condition of the existing flow of the device.Especially the hydrogenation products after cooling temperature was too high,direct influenced recycle hydrogen compressor inlet and outlet temperature,influenced the service life of the compressor.These not only limited the increase of the machining capacity of the device,but also brought hidden trouble to the safe operation of the device.
