摘要
目的研究子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠内膜组织中水通道蛋白1(AQP1)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的表达情况,探讨AQP1、MMP9与EMs发生发展的关系。方法采用自体移植法建立EMs大鼠模型,利用免疫组织化学的方法 ,测定26例EMs大鼠模型的在位内膜、异位内膜和5例正常对照组大鼠内膜组织中AQP1和MMP9的表达情况,并进行分析。结果 EMs异位内膜组中AQP1、MMP9表达均高于在位内膜组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AQP1、MMP9在EMs在位内膜组的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在EMs异位内膜组织中AQP1、MMP9过表达,可能与EMs的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To study the expression of Aquaporin 1(AQP1)/Matrixmetallo Proteinase 9(MMP9)in endometrium of endometriosis(EMs) in rats,in order to explore the relationship between AQP1,MMP9 and the development of EMs. Methods EMs rat model was established by autologous transplantation. Expression of AQPl and MMP9 were evaluated and compared by immunohistochemical staining in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium from 26 EMs in rats and 5 normal endometrium of rats were as the control. Results Expression levels of AQPl and MMP9 in the EMs ectopic endometrium group were higher than those of the EMs eutopic endometrium group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). And expression level of AQPl and MMP9 in the EMs ectopic endometrium group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Over expression of AQP1 and MMP9 in EMs ectopic endometrium may be closely related to the occurrence and development of EMs.
