磷酸奥司他韦联合喜炎平治疗甲型流感的效果

Effect of oseltamivir phosphate combined with Xiyanping injection on influenza A

目的观察磷酸奥司他韦联合喜炎平注射液治疗甲型流行性感冒(甲型流感)的临床效果和安全性。方法将2016年1月-2017年12月在中山市三角医院确诊并接受治疗的60例甲型流感患者随机分为对照组和联合组各30例,其中对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,联合组给予磷酸奥司他韦联合喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、主要症状和体征消失时间以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率为63.33%,低于联合组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者发热、鼻塞/流涕消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而咳嗽咳痰及扁桃体红肿消失时间与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间对照组不良反应发生率为16.67%,联合组为13.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸奥司他韦联合喜炎平治疗甲型流感效果明显,其可快速且有效地缓解患者的病情,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oseltamivir phosphate combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of Influenza A.Methods 60 cases of influenza A diagnosed and treated in Zhongshan Triangle Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the combination group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oseltamivir phosphate treatment,the patients in the combination group were given oseltamivir phosphate combined with Xiyanping injection.The treatment effect,the disappearance time of the main symptoms and the signs and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The control group's total effective rate was 63.33%,which was lower than 90.00% of the combination group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever and nasal obstruction/runny nose and length of stay of the combination group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the disappeared time of cough and expectoration and tonsil swelling between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment,the control group adverse reaction rate was 16.67%,the combination group was 13.33%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate combined with Xiyanping treatment of influenza A have a significant effect,which can quickly and effectively alleviate the patient's condition,and it is high safety and worthy of clinical application.
