快速康复流程QCC活动对髋关节置换术患者的疗效

Efficacy of rapid rehabilitation process in QCC activity for patients of hip replacement

目的通过品管圈(QCC)活动,探讨髋关节置换术患者快速康复指导流程的标准化和护理效果。方法成立QCC活动小组,制订髋关节置换术患者的快速康复流程活动计划并予以实施。选取50例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各25例。根据对照组快速康复知晓率情况对观察组提出解决对策,比较两组的快速康复知晓率和术后能下地行走时间。结果观察组患者对康复训练知晓率为72.8%,明显优于对照组的39.2%;观察组患者知晓率累计达86.0%,明显优于对照组的56.3%;观察组患者术后能下地行走时间比对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过QCC活动实施的髋关节置换术患者快速康复流程,有助于提高患者对快速康复的知晓率,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To probe into the standardization and the nursing efficacy of the rapid rehabilitation guidance process for the patients of hip replacement through the activity of quality control circle (QCC). Methods The QCC activity group was set up and the activity program of rapid rehabilitation process for the patients of hip replacement was formulated and actualized.The 50 patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Each group was 25 cases.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the observation group according to the condition of control group for the knowing rates of rapid rehabilitation.The rapid rehabilitation knowing rates and the walking time after operation were compared between two groups.Results The knowing rates of rehabilitation training were 72.8% for the patients of observation group and obviously were superior to 39.2% of the control group.The accumulative total knowing rates were 86.0% for the patients of observation group and obviously were superior to 56.3% of the control group.The walking time after operation for the patients of observation group obviously was shortened in contrast to the control group.The differences above were statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation process for the patients of hip replacement actualized through the QCC activity can help to rise the rapid rehabilitation knowing rates and to promote the getting well soon for the patients.
