微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛研究进展

Progress of microvascular decompression theapy for primary trigeminal neuralgia

原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)是临床最常见的神经痛之一。临床表现常为一侧面部三叉神经单支或几支感觉分布区的阵发性、剧烈的电击样或刀割样、反复发作的疼痛。微血管减压术(MVD)是治疗PTN最有效的手术方式,MVD治疗技术从手术方法和疗效方面比较都要优越于任何其他治疗方案,MVD对治疗PTN具有重要的临床应用价值。近年来,随着对其发病机制认识的深入,对其手术治疗方法的探索,对MVD治疗PTN的手术适应证、禁忌证、手术方法、手术疗效、并发症等研究均有了较大的进展,本文作者就MVD治疗PTN的研究进展作一综述。

Primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN) is one of the most common neuralgias,which characterized by episodes of paroxysmal,intense electric shock or knife-cut-like,recurrent pain in a single or several sensory areas of the trigeminal nerve on the side. Microvascular decompression(MVD) is the most effective surgical treatment for the PTN. MVD is superior to any other treatment in terms of operation method and curative effect. MVD has important clinical value in the treatment of PTN. In recent years,with the deepening understanding of its pathogenesis and the exploration of its surgical treatment,great progress has been made in the study of indications,contraindications,surgical methods,surgical efficacy and complications of MVD for PTN. Here we reviewed the progress of MVD in the treatment of PTN.
