摘要
针对淮北矿业集团公司杨柳矿10号煤层104采区上覆厚硬火成岩,10416工作面在回采过程中发生冲击矿压、支架大面积损坏的工程背景,有必要对10416工作面支架重新选型。通过建立力学模型分析确定支架的重要参数,如支架类型、合理的工作阻力、支架初撑力以及合适的支撑高度等,最终所选支架为ZY9000/20/40,此后工作面快速推进,支架未发生损坏事故。
There is thick hard igneous rock covering the mining area 104of coal seam 10 in Yangliu Mine of Huaibei Mining Group,rockburst and large-area damage of the support occurred during mining process of working face 10416,thus it was necessary to reselect the model of the support.In the paper,the mechanical model of the support was established to identify its important parameters such as type,working resistance, setting load and supporting height etc,finally ZY9000/20/40hydraulic support was identified.After that,the working face rapidly advanced,and there was no support damage any more.
