摘要
针对国内以PWM方式控制的矿用蓄电池电机车没有采用能量回馈制动的缺点,提出了一种实现能量回馈制动的方法。该方法采用恒转矩闭环的控制策略对电机车进行能量回馈制动控制,可以更好地控制制动时的力矩。采用MATLAB/Simulink建立仿真模型并进行验证,结果表明,运用该方法控制后的电机车,在制动工况下能量回馈效果显著,电池SOC值明显上升,为矿用蓄电池电机车能量回馈制动方法的研究提供了理论指导。
In view of the mine-used storage battery electric locomotive controlled by PWM mode fails to take energy regenerative braking,the paper proposed a method to realize energy regenerative braking.In the method,the constant torque closed-loop control strategy was applied to conduct energy regenerative braking for the electric locomotive,so as to control the braking torque better.In addition,MATLAB/Simulink was applied to build the simulation model and then the verification was carried on.The results showed the locomotive controlled by the method had significant energy regenerative effects and SOC value of the battery remarkably rose in braking mode,which offered theoretical guidance for the research on energy regenerative braking method of the mine-used storage battery electric locomotive.
