云南省部分医疗机构血液透析水及透析液化学污染物调查 被引量:1

Investigation on chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water and dialysate in some medical institutions in Yunnan

摘要 目的了解云南省2015年-2017年部分医疗机构血液透析水及透析液化学污染物质量情况,为各个医疗机构透析水及透析液日常管理、维护和监测提供理论依据。方法按照YY 0572-2005及YY 0572-2015《血液透析和相关治疗用水》国家标准中化学污染物检测方法,对云南省2015年-2017年送检的血液透析水及透析液的化学污染物进行检测及分析。结果共检测透析水及透析液化学污染物样品103件,不合格样品4件,合格率为96.1%;昆明市本地医疗机构送检合格率为97.8%,省内其他地区送检合格率为94.8%,昆明市本地医疗机构送检合格率高于云南省内其他地区送检合格率;二、三季度送检合格率低于一、四季度送检合格率;3年合格率呈逐年上升趋势。结论云南省2015年-2017年血液透析水及透析液化学污染物合格率总体较高,仍需加强日常监测。 Objective To investigate the status of chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water and dialysate in some medical institutions in Yunnan province from 2015 to 2017,so as to provide theoretical basis for medical institutions to conduct routine management,maintenance and monitoring of hemodialysis water and dialysate.Methods According to the detection methods of chemical pollutants from YY 0572-2005and YY 0572-2015 Water for Haemodialysis and Related Therapies,the chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water and dialysate from 2015 to 2017in Yunnan were detected and analyzed.Results A total of 103 chemical pollutants samples were tested and 4 failed,with the pass rate of 96.1%;the pass rate of local medical institutions in Kunming was 97.8%,and that of other areas of Yunnan province was 94.8%.The pass rate of the local medical institutions in Kunming was higher than other areas ;the pass rates of the second and third quarters were lower than the first and fourth quarters;the pass rate showed a rising trend annually in the three years.Conclusion The pass rates of chemical pollutants in hemodialysis water and dialysate were generally high from 2015 to 2017 in Yunnan,on which routine monitoring still needs to strengthened.
