正交试验优选前列舒康片提取工艺研究

Optimization of extraction process for Qianlieshukang tablets based on the orthogonal test

目的:优选前列舒康片的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率、盐酸小檗碱和京尼平苷酸为评价指标,将溶剂倍数、溶剂种类、提取时间、浸泡时间等作为考察因素,通过正交试验优选出前列舒康片的提取工艺。结果:优选出前列舒康片中黄柏醇提工艺为黄柏粗粉加乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加7倍量60%乙醇提取1. 5h,第2次加6倍量60%醇提取1h;车前子等药材水提工艺为加水煎煮2次,1次加8倍量水,浸泡1h,煎煮2h;第2次加6倍量水,煎煮1. 5h。结论:通过正交试验优选出的前列舒康片提取工艺合理可行、重复性良好,可为前列舒康片的工艺研究提供参照。

Objective:To optimize the extraction process for Qiardieshukang tablets.Methods:With extract yield,berberine hydrochloride,and geniposidie acid as the assessment indices,solvent time,type of solvent,extraction time,and soak time were used the factors for evaluation,and the orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of Qianlieshukang tablets.Results :The optimized ethanol extraction process for Cortex PheUodendri in Qian-lieshukang tablets was reflux extraction of Cortex Phellodendri crude powder with alcohol twice,with 7times of 60% alcohol for 1.5 hours for the first time and 6times of 60% alcohol for 1hour for the second time ;the water extraction process for medicinal materials including Semen Plantaginis was decoction with water twice,with 8times of water for 1-hour soaking and 2-hour decoction for the first time and 6 times of water for 1.5-hour decoction for the second time.Conclusion:The extraction process for Qianlieshukang tablets optimized by the orthogonal test is reasonable and feasible and has good repeatability,and therefore,it provides a reference for the research on the production process for Qianlieshukang tablets.
