摘要
目的了解医院儿科患者感染肺炎克雷伯菌分布特点和耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,了解某妇儿医院临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌的标本来源、科室分布及耐药情况。结果从住院患儿送检标本中分离到肺炎克雷伯菌共881株,其中产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株占25. 0%,主要分离自痰液和咽拭子等呼吸道标本。临床分离的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌对氨苄西林、头孢菌素类、氨曲南、氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类抗菌药耐药率均较高,还检出耐碳青霉烯菌株14株。结论该妇儿医院儿科患者感染呼吸道感染肺炎克雷伯菌中多重耐药菌株的比例较高,同时检出耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的菌株,应注意加强防控。
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae from pediatric patients in a hospital,so as to provide scientific guidance for the reasonable clinical use of antibiotics.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to understand the specimens of sources,distribution of departments and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from a women and children's hospital.Results Total 881 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia were isolated from the pediatric patients in hospital ,Exended Spectum β -Lactamases accounted for 25.0%,the specimens mainly from respiratory such as sputum and pharynx swabs and so on.Clinical isolated Klebsiella pneumoniae producing Exended Spectum β - Lactamases had produced high resistance to ampicillin,cephalosporins,aztreonam,aminoglycosides,and quinolones.And a total of 14 strains carbapenem -resistant were detected.Conclusion,The infection rate of multidrug -resistant strains of Pediatric patients infected respiratory in this women and children's hospital with Klebsiella pneumoniae is alreadly high,carbapenem-resistant strains have been detected out,which should to be paid more attention to prevent and control.
