双J管拔除困难的原因分析及输尿管镜处理的临床观察

Analysis of the causes of difficult removal of double J ureteral stents and clinical observation of ureteroscopic treatment

目的:分析双J管拔除困难的原因,探索输尿管镜处理双J管拔除困难的有效性及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2013年5月～2017年1月我院收治的10例双J管拔除困难的原因及输尿管镜处理的疗效及安全性。结果:10例患者中,8例双J管结石形成,1例双J管打结,1例双J管断裂。所有患者均使用输尿管镜探查原因并处理滞留的双J管,且均顺利拔除双J管,无明显并发症发生。结论:临床上需要采取一定的措施来避免双J管拔除困难的发生。输尿管镜在处理双J管拔除困难方面操作简便,安全有效,可作为这方面的首选方法。

Objective:To analyze the causes of difficulty in removing double J ureteral stents and evaluate the efficiency and safety of removing them with ureteroscopy.Method:We analyzed the causes of a total of 10 cases of difficult removal of double J ureteral stents and the efficiency and safety of ureteroscopic treatment from May 2013 to January 2017.Result:Among the 10 patients,8 cases were related to the genesis of encrusted stone,1 case was found the stent knot,and 1 case was related to fragmentation of the stent.All the patients were treated with ureteroscopy to find the causes and remove the retained double J ureteral stents.The double J ureteral stents of all the patients were removed successfully without significant complications.Conclusion:We need some measures to avoid difficult removal of double J ureteral stents clinically.It is simple,safe and efficient to remove the retained stents with ureteroscopy,which could be the first choice of this condition.
