钼铜超薄片材的流延法制备

The Preparation of Mo-Cu Ultrathin Sheet by Tape-casting

摘要 采用流延法并结合一步排胶-烧结工艺制备钼铜薄坯,通过轧制-退火工艺处理制备出钼铜超薄片材。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、碳硫分析仪、金相显微镜、密度测试仪和显微硬度仪对不同条件下的钼铜超薄片材的物相、元素成分、显微组织和维氏硬度进行了表征。XRD结果表明Mo-Cu超薄片材中只有Mo和Cu的特征衍射峰,没有新相生成;碳硫分析显示片材残碳量为0.01809%,排胶彻底;轧制-退火处理可提高其致密性和硬度值,致密度为98.42%,HV硬度为266。 Mo-Cu plates were prepared by tape-casting technique,combined with debinding-sintering process.Then the Mo-Cu ultrathin sheets were acquired by rolling and annealing.The X-ray diffraction (XRD),carbon sulphur analyzer,metallographic microscope,density gauge and microhardness tester were used to characterize the phase,composition,microstructure and the Vickers hardness of Mo-Cu ultrathin sheet at different conditions.XRD analysis shows that only the characteristic diffraction peaks of Mo and Cu were found in Mo-Cu ultrathin sheets,and no new phase was formed.The carbon sulphur analysis shows that the sheets debinding completely,only with the carbon content of 0.01809%.The relative density and the Vickers hardness of the Mo-Cu ultralthin sheet were 98.42%and 266,respectively,which were improved by rolling-annealing technique.
