回国后维和官兵心理应激的特征研究

Study of psychological stress feature on peacekeeper after returning to China

目的:探讨回国后维和官兵心理应激的特征,旨在为维和官兵心理卫生保障工作提供基础资料。方法:采用军人心理应激自评问卷对回国后83名维和官兵进行问卷调查。结果:回国后维和官兵经常发生心理应激条目4"我对危险的事情保持警觉"的发生率较高;且除条目4、7、10以外,其余条目症状发生率均高于文献报道的集训期维和官兵(P<0.01),但与维和14d、维和任务中期军人的心理应激比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:回国后维和官兵的心理应激症状突出,需格外关注。

Objective:To investigate the psychological stress feature on peacekeepers after returning to China,and to provide reference material of mental health for peacekeepers.Methods:Eighty-three peacekeepers were evaluated with psychological stress self-evaluated test.Results:The incidence for item 4of psychological stress "I am alert to dangerous things" was higher,the incidence of other items were higher than literature except item 4,7,10.The total score of peacekeeper after returning to China was higher than that of peacekeepers in training period (P<0.01),but there was no difference between 14days and mid-mission (P>0.05).Conclusion:The symptom psychological stress of peacekeepers after returning to China was prominent,it should be paid more attention.
