摘要
从住区布局形式、道路组织、建筑间距三者出发,借助ECOTECT模拟软件对住区的风速、风向、风压等进行分析,并结合实际能耗数据,对规划布局与风环境及住宅能耗的相关性进行研究。研究发现,住区风环境与住区能耗存在一定影响关系,通过风环境对住区微气候环境的改善,能对室内人居能耗行为产生积极影响。同时,采用南北行列式布局、合理利用道路及周边开敞空间对住区通风散热有利,而底层架空设置及高层建筑的狭管风效应会对建筑局部能耗产生不利影响。
From the three aspects of the residential planning layout,circulation arrangement and the distance between buildings,and through the environmental simulation software ECOTECT and actual survey data,this paper analyses the wind speed,direction and pressure of the residential area,and with the actual situation of the residential energy consumption, studies the correlation of residential ventilation and residential energy consumption.It finds that residential wind environment has certain influence on residential energy consumption,and with the improvement of the residential microclimate environment through wind environment,it will have a positive impact on the indoor residential energy consumption behavior.Additionally, it will be advantageous for the ventilation and heat dissipation of the residential area with the determinant layout,reasonable use of roads and the surrounding open space,but it will be disadvantageous for the partial building energy consumption with the arrangement of open ground floor space and the narrow tube wind effect of the high-rise building
