医疗告知、知情与同意是医患双方权利义务的交汇点,对于医患双方来说都至关重要。知情同意书督促医务人员履行告知义务,保障患方的知情同意权利,是促进最佳医疗方案选择和化解医患矛盾的关键点之一。医方在实施手术、特殊检查、特殊治疗时,应采用知情同意书的形式,及时向患者说明医疗风险、替代医疗方案等情况,不宜向患者说明的,应当向其近亲属告知。通过制作知情同意书模板,并注重告知内容个体化,同时加强"以患者为中心"的有效医患沟通,提高医务人员依法执业的法律意识,从知情同意书的内容、形式、签署对象等方面规范实施知情告知。对于高风险病例,利用第三方见证、录音录像等方式强化知情告知,促进医务人员将知情同意书的内容进行全面解读,进一步保障知情同意书的落实。
