Comparative Analysis of Pregnancy Situation and Outcomes Between Different Times

目的比较不同时间点的妊娠情况与分娩结局的差异。方法选取某三甲医院2015年1月-2017年6月的分娩妇女为样本,分为两组:2016年7月前组为第一组,n=8329人;2016年8月后组为第二组,n=5962,比较两组的剖腹产率、并发症、低出生体重、出生缺陷、早产率和出生性别比等。结果第二组危重患者增多,P=0.029;剖腹产率上升,P<0.01;子宫破裂发生率上升,P=0.02;妊娠合并糖尿病发生率降低,P<0.001;其余无均统计学意义,P>0.05。结论要加强围产期保健工作,尤其是危重患者的救治和预防子宫破裂的发生。

Objective To compare pregnancy situation and outcomes of women between different times.Methods Using a retrospective cohort design,we examined pregnancy outcomes for the women giving birth in a tertiary hospital in Foshan between January,2015 and June,2017,and they were divided into two groups:group one(before July 2016,n= 8329) and group two(after August 2016,n=5962).The primary outcome measures weredelivery by caesarean section,maternal complications,low birthweight,birth defects,preterm delivery and sex ratio at birth.Results Statistical analysis revealed that mothers of group two had a significant increase in the rate of critical patients(P=0.029) and caesarean section(P<0.01) and higher rate of rupture of uterus(P=0.02),a lower prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.001) when compared to the mothers of group one,others had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Perinatal health care should be strengthened after August 2016,especially for critically patients and prevention of uterine rupture.
