缺血性脑卒中患者非急性期血管性认知功能障碍的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Vascular Cognitive dysfunction in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者非急性期血管性认知功能障碍现状及其影响因素。方法随机选取2017年10月-2018年5月在某院住院的缺血性脑卒中患者310例为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和蒙特利尔认知评估量表对其进行调查。结果缺血性脑卒中患者非急性期血管性认知功能障碍的患病率为59.0%;多元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=-2.974,P=0.001)、饮食(OR=3.106,P=0.007)、收缩压(OR=1.134,P=0.012)、糖化血红蛋白(OR=1.489,P=0.007)和血管狭窄程度(OR=-2.428,P=0.006)均为患者是否发生VCI的影响因素。结论缺血性脑卒中患者非急性期血管性认知功能障碍患病率较高。医务人员可根据缺血性脑卒中患者的影响因素,早期筛查,并结合相关措施早期预防VCI的发生,提高缺血性脑卒中患者的健康水平和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status of non-acute vascular cognitive impairment(VCI) in patients with ischemic stroke and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 310 patients with ischemic stroke who were admitted to a hospital from October 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected as study objects,and they were investigated by general data questionnaire and Montreal cognitive evaluation scale.Results The prevalence of VCI in non-acute ischemic stroke patients was 59.0%.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,diet,systolic blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin and vascular stenosis were all the influencing factors for VCI.Conclusion The prevalence of non-acute VCI is high in patients with ischemic stroke.According to the influencing factors of patients with ischemic stroke,medical personnel can conduct early screening,and combine relevant nursing measures to prevent the occurrence of VCI at an early stage,so as to improve the health level and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.
