妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制对妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Blood Glucose Control on Pregnancy Outcome in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨分析妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取某院在2017年1月-2017年12月期间收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,将这些孕妇随机的分为研究组和对照组,每组孕妇50例。对研究组孕妇进行血糖监测、饮食控制、指导适量运动以及结合使用胰岛素治疗等来控制血糖,对照组孕妇未进行血糖控制,分析记录两组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果对照组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇出现并发症并无改善的有6例,总有效率为88%;研究组出现产后出血1例无改善,总有效率为98%。两组妊娠结局具有统计学意义。结论采取有效的方式监测、控制血糖,能够降低血糖对孕妇以及新生儿并发症的影响,值得临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose control pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes treated in our hospital for the period January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of analysis and study.The patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,blood glucose monitoring,diet control,moderate exercise guidance,and insulin treatment were carried out in the observation group.The pregnant women in the control group were not controlled by blood glucose,and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were recorded.Results In the control group,6 cases of complications of gestional diabetes had no improvement,the total effective rate was 88%.and one cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the research group had no improvement,the total effective rate was 98%.There was significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the two groups.Conclusion Effective monitoring and control of blood sugar can reduce the negative effects of blood glucose on pregnant women,newborns and fetuses.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
